Merino Apparel Size Guide

Find your perfect fit across tops, jackets, pants and socks. All measurements are body measurements in inches — most styles fit true to size, and if you’re between sizes we recommend sizing up.

Women Men Socks How to Measure

XS	0	33"	24.5–25.5"	34.5"	29"	29–30"
S	2–4	34–35"	26.5–27.5"	36.5–37.5"	30–31"	30–31"
M	4–6	36–37"	28.5–29.5"	38.5–39.5"	31–31.5"	31.5"
L	8–10	38.5–40"	31–32.5"	41–42.5"	32–32.5"	31.5"

Fit tip: Most women’s styles fit true to size. If you’re between sizes, size up for comfortable layering room — merino naturally stretches and recovers, so a relaxed fit stays flattering.

Swipe the table sideways to see all sizes.

Fit tip: Most men’s styles fit true to size. If you’re between sizes, size up — merino’s natural stretch means even a slightly roomier layer stays comfortable and moves with you.

Sock Sizes

Sock sizing is based on your US shoe size.

Size	Men’s US	Women’s US
S	—	4–6
M	5–8	6–10
L	8–12	10–12
XL	12–15	—

Swipe the table sideways to see all sizes.

Fit tip: Choose by your usual US shoe size. If you fall between two sock sizes, go up for a relaxed fit or down for a snugger, performance fit.

How to Measure at Home

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing for the most accurate results.

Bust / Chest

Measure the full circumference of your chest at the widest point, under the arms.
Waist

Measure the full circumference at the smallest point of your waist.
Hip

Measure the full circumference at the widest point of your hips.
Sleeve & Inseam

For sleeve, measure from the center back of your neck, down to the elbow and wrist with the arm slightly bent. For inseam, measure from the crotch seam down to the ankle.

Fit Guide

Next to Skin: hugs the body tight for optimal layering.
Athletic: snug, contoured fit that sits close to the body.
Standard: not too snug, not too loose — right in the middle for everyday use.
Relaxed: loose fit for comfort and extra layering underneath.

Fit Notes

True to size: most styles fit your usual size; between sizes? size up.
Merino stretch: naturally stretches and recovers, keeping its shape wear after wear.
Layer up: base layers run snug for next-to-skin performance; midlayers give room for layering.

Measurements are body measurements provided as a guide only and may vary slightly between styles. For the most accurate fit, measure your body and refer to the charts above. If in doubt, we recommend ordering your usual size.
